Completely agree. Look across the comp at 7 next year - Myler, Brough, Lomax, Smith etc, apart from Dureau it's hardly a stellar cast. Seymour is adequate with a quality 6 to play alongside and a tight gameplan.

Good enough then. Top class half backs belong in the NRL. The British comp can't afford them anymore and the last quality British 7 was Sean Long, before him probably Shaun Edwards. SL is the home of the adequate scrum half, we're not much better or worse than other clubs, even the top ones, in this respect.

Maybe, but the top clubs do tend to have at least one half that's better than adequate. Hell, even Cas have one class half, even if he is a cock.

Spot on. We need two props and a 6 possibly a full back. Seymour is doing well considering hes our only playmaker. He needs help.

Seymour had his best game for me when Whiting played the 6 role against Leeds, which proves he has class when he has a decent player alongside him.
