TBH that's a fair point but he is, I believe, chairman of the SMC (?) so effectively manages the stadium. Although him "gifting" us the use of the KC when he doesn't own it is a bit of a leap of faith. A bit like saying I "gift" him the use of my seat there because he once looked towards it. Its not [umy[/u seat in the same way it's not [uhis[/u stadium.

I don't think 600K a year is too bad to shell out in the grand scheme of things, other SL teams will be paying far more just to keep their grounds up and running. And at least we can budget fairly accurately for the rent costs, and not have any unexpected costs like roofs caving in, boilers breaking down etc.

I really dont trust him at all. He can give KR as much as he wants as long as he leaves FC alone. Theres something really fishy going on but as soon as our council see money their eyes light up and they wont turn it down.
