| I have both home and away shirts for every season, plus special ones, plus lots of other merchandise, never had to take anything back, I think sometimes people just dont wash them properly some supporters shirts are more grey and white than black and white.

I wash them properly and, without trying to sound funny, i have a high end washing machine designed for sportswear/sponsors etc... I had no peroblem with last seasons home shirt, just this year but my issue, and what i expect, is a level of customer service from the 'retailer'. FC have usually been very good by all acounts but just recently on my personal issues they have been very petty. And i'm a man of principles.
If ANY other business treated me the same way i wouldn't want to deal with them either.

Sounds to me like you'd like FC to get your business but you've been tipped over the edge by a series of disappointing incidents. Might this be the right occasion to user the "tell us" vehicle. I can imagine the directors would be just as disappointed to find that things have come this far for you. It's important that you let them know exactly what they need to do to recover the situation so that you can continue to support the club through their retail arm. If they can match your criteria then you can happily spend your hard-earned on FC merchandise whilst continuing to support the club directly and they keep a valuable customer who is not feeling "valued" at the moment. Both sides could win there. If you are fobbed off with a standard response then you know just how valued you are. I suggest that a post on here letting us know the outcome would make those of us who read it consider carefully where we put our cash in the future.

Same here, never had a problem. Maybe I'm just lucky.
Have to say I've had any bad experience with the retail side of things at Hull.

| They keep pumping out all these great shirts, so i'm not suprised we're passing 10,000 sales.
I've been buying home and away shirts for many years now, well apart from the baby blue and white away shirt from seasons before last
...we sell 10,000 shirts, and our neighbours can't get the required 10,000+ att to break even
