Inverdale and Stephen Jones are in that group of media employees who depise rugby league. Inverdale is a nothing who thankfully has little respect or influence.

What are you trying say ?
Most City fans live locally .
If you want to bring up outsiders supporting other teams . what about the mant FC and Rovers supporters who glory support " The big 4 " . When FC played at the Boulevard you would see Fc fans with a black and white scarf and a Man U or Liverpool top , it was farcical .

I`m not from Hull,but support F.C.
I am not sure what you are getting at. Are you saying you have to produce a birth certificate to prove you come from the city / town whose team you support?

Your name suggests you are from barton ie. local , and you support the local rugby team . I feel that bighead is saying that the roads are gridlocked with people coming to Hull so they can watch the Tigers .

Fair enough, but I still don`t get whats wrong with that. If you want to support a team nothing wrong with wherever you come from.

You could be right . I just get fed up with people from FC or Rovers having a dig at Hull City and vice versa . The locals should stick together . At the moment all 3 get good crowds , Rovers 8k , FC 12k and City 24 K ( last season ) these stats are bloody good compared to gates of less than 1k for the rugby clubs and under 2 k ( protest match when people did not turn up ) for city's lowest league att. v torquay . A big improvement .

Yes , its so easy to pick a team that is successful but play 100 miles away ( man U ) and never get to see play live and in the flesh like many glory supporters I know .

To be fair mate there are plenty who have jumped on the Hull City bandwagon. The same has happened in Wigan with the Latics. Personally I get more riled by people who can flip from one team to another or suddenly start supporting a team then have a go at people who question their loyalty and length of support.

Yes , but they live locally . Teams that are successful get better gates than when they are not , and that includes Hull city , FC and Kr .
