As someone has said above he needs to be at the club in some capcity as he fantasic for the club off the field and is a great influnece and help to the young players.

Berrigan is the on field captain, whether he as the title or not. He does all the talking, as does Cusack.

Quite. Radford is a grafter, and every side needs one or two. Our problem had been having too many at one time. If we get the balance right then this will be a good signing, especially bearing in mind his value off-field. Otherwise, not.

So is Andy Last !! Does that mean he should have his squad number back and a share of the salary cap then ??? What about Steve Crooks ??

Radford offers close to nothing on the field, he no doubt works hard and applies himself with his very limited ability but if he is an integral part of the new RA/PS regime, I'm already starting to feel pessimistic.

This is just so disappointing for me as I really thought that Radford would be at the centre of those players that RA intimitated would be leaving ASAP, along with Byrne, Cusack, King, Lee.

Yes every team needs grafters, ofcourse they do but for too long now, we have had far too many of them. Grafters like him who offer little or nothing more than hard work should be the first players we're looking to release in order to free up salary cap for the much needed quality elsewhere in the squad.

Where does the HDM get "aguably his best season in 2008" from, did they go to any games!!!!
