The love in is strange

To be fair at the start of the season the club did say they where going to get a chance maybe not a many as we have, but if you look at the top sides in the league Saints, Wire and Wigan they all invest in the academy's and bring players through unlike some clubs who are just after a quick fix to end their forty year drought.

But at least we can put them on the field if necessary. The futures bright in black and white. Your points scoring has hit and all time low. Your going to have more grubs in the team than an anthill.

Rovers have got young kids that they could throw in if it was necessary, the fact is though that for some reason your recruitment was absolutely shocking and you've had to palm the majority of them off already leaving you well short of options, FC also decided to try and save a bit of money by getting rid of some of your S&C team which hasn't helped either, but again force's you to play kids that probably aren't ready.
All in all your now having to give the kids a go (and yes there really having a good go too) because FC as a club tried to do the season on the cheap, cheap recruitment, cheap coaching/S&C.

Rover's supporters come on here with a negative agenda to stir things up and try to unsettle. If you go on their "secret" forum they even have a derisionary topic on Hull FC! But they haven't got a chip on their shoulders!

Does it matter? We clearly have a policy of developing youth. That requires experience around them, loaning to other clubs, slotting in where we have injuries etc. Hope we don’t burn any of them out with their enthusiasm eg Moy. And of course some won’t make it. We are slowly finding out who will and who won’t. Moy, Litten, Gardiner, Martin, Balmforth will. Not seen enough of the others eg Laidlaw, Jebson, Armstrong etc Time will tell

I agree with BF, if our recruitment hadn't been so p1ss poor these kids would not been thrown in to the extent they've been used. Hence why we're at squad no. 50.

Forty year drought??? Surely there can't be a club who have gone this long without winning a proper trophy.

And I respect your view and certainly agree with it but I don’t need shoite stirring fans of other clubs telling me the obvious.
When I was working, in the major construction industry, I occasionally met Dobbins fans, most were evenly balanced, they had a chip on each shoulder. It was a pleasure for the 25 or so years we didn’t play them. They’re having a modicum of success they’re like a rash all over here.
