I believe the intention is for all the new signings to be announced during the first week of sept.his name was first said to me about 6-7 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since. Asked the question last night if it was still on, and that's the text I woke upto this morning

He did, i can understand that for the British signings, however if its overseas it would be nice to announce it before it gets leaked in the press (if its true of course)

they probably want us to continue supporting the 2012 team rather than focussing us on the 2013 squad, I doubt we'll announce any other signings now before Season Passes become available, why would we.

Galloway was mentioned about 3 months ago as Gentle had specifically targetted him through his time at Wests. Gone quiet since then.

Hope this is true, would be a big coup.

Still Galloway, Ellis, Chase, Holdsworth is a hard thing to get my head around!!


In terms of announcements AP won't announce any until Sept to combine it with season passes.

Of course Galloway would be an unbelievable signing but I cannot think of a single reason why he would come to SL.

His status in the nrl, his ability and age and his SOO and international reps would all suggest that he would not consider coming here. He's too good and too young.

It would be a bigger signing than Ellis due to his age.

Galloway is a superb player, rated highly by many coaches and has a year still left on his deal.

I think there's a bit of 'sauce' on this if you'll pardon the pun.

Just cant see him leaving Nrl at 26 when still chance of playing origin and for Oz hope im wrong though
