| Hoy is very good at stopping trys when he's got a 2 on 1 situation, two great moments yesterday when he intercepted the pass and then separately slowed down the wire break enough for swift to track back and strip the ball, both meh moments in the game that kept us in it and allowed us to win, hoping his try yesterday helps him kick on in attack now too

| I totally enjoyed that match - best in a long time for excitement and 4 of the tries were brilliant. Loved it.
Griffin has changed gear and Swift again fantastic
I’m waiting for Jake T to create the obvious headlines - The Truman show !
The difference between Griffin and Lane is too stark to be allowed to continue.
I hope Jordan somehow gets his game together - check the missed tackle on 32mins 30secs - he’s done that before.
The coaches really need to help him

Law of averages innit.
Chuffed you got one right.
Was mental under the Leazes after the game.

| Quote: Super Alf Macklin "We’ll really miss Swift he is so consistent . Is it just me or does anyone else think Hoy is half hearted?'"
I think he is just naturally casual looking, at least you had the grace to acknowledge he played well today, looked like the player we thought we were getting didn't he and has now set the standard for the rest of the season. For me Griffin scored 4, the video ref bottled it and looked twice at the shot that clearly showed the ball on the line, but it was karma, because I didn't think Houghton's try should have stood, thought DM knocked on , so cannot be too disappointed. Didn't see why we got no six agains from Smith, fair enough on their's, Lane was slowing things down too much, but equally so were they. Looks like Warrington have splurged big money on Josh Maguire, only to have wasted salary cap and quota space, but he wouldn't have affected the result adversely for us. What a great team spirit there is now and our defence has been transformed. Keep this level going and we will definitely be a more attractive proposition for would be signings. The league is so close this year, anyone barring Cas and Wakey can still make the top 6, even Huddersfield , who I suspect maybe looking at a new coach should their form continue in its current vein. Great win I thought, good following too and shout out to Hull fan Danny Cook, it was a pleasure to see you there after all these years, my friend.

| What a weekend and performance from the team.
Need to watch the game again when its on HullFClive, but from what a remember
Knew Hoy had the class and has certainly took some unfair flack, hopefully kick on now. Kept the Rovers fans quiet with their very weird obsession about him.
Swift is great and a massive loss, although I heard at the weekend he hasn't signed for anyone yet, he is keen to stay, but his wife wants to move back, hopefully we can persuade him to stay, maybe a bit more cash would help, think he will go, but I'd go whatever we can to make his decision difficult.
Thought everyone dug in, much better from Satae with his hit ups (needs to back that up on Friday).
What a player Clifford is, just really hope he stays, even if it's for only one more year, must be loving his rugby and no guarantee of first grade in the NRL, would defiantly offer him a new marquee contract.

| Top class performance that, fair play lads.
Thought your defence won it for you once Warrington had all that pressure and no end result it gave FC belief. What Phil Clarke said pre game about the fragilities of Warrington was spot on and FC played to it perfectly with the game plan. Obviously I don’t want FC to win ever ha, but it sure is satisfying to see Wire get knocked over especially when they had the league won in April, and the smile wiped off Powells face.
What a difference a solid spine makes to a team, can see the impact on us at the moment with not having a settled spine and was same with you guys earlier in the year. Most teams can beat most teams in this league which is a good sign but injury lottery will determine a lot of it.
Lastly, what’s that squeeze thing about at the end? It’s a bit strange isn’t it

On Hoy hopefully his and the teams performance yesterday is what he needed to finally settle and it will help him kick on for the rest of the season.
Re Swift will be a massive loss and tough one to replace if he does indeed go, hope he'll convince his wife to stay one more year.
Clifford again showing what a player he is and the potential he has, again hope we can keep him for next season (even if we know he'd be going end of 2024.
Trueman starting to find his feet in the team, his running was a threat and the combination of Trueman, Clifford and Hoy will only get better the more they play together.
Although I'm still not convinced with McIntosh I have to credit him as thought he recovered well from the dropped catch and worked hard carrying the ball out our 20.
Thought Fash was outstanding as he never stopped working and although he isn't the biggest he certainly gave us go forward.

The last time we did it they were in a relegation battle and trying to get promoted from the championship. It mightve passed them by

| Hoy has been nowhere near as bad as some people made out.
The kid makes 100+ metres every game he plays. If he wasn't d he wouldn't get near those numbers.

Agree I don't think its that Hoy can't be d, I just think he has a very laid back style in the way he plays that possibly seems to come across as a bit half d. Think he's also still finding his feet within the team and will only improve as he settles.

Well seems to be more emphasis on it now. I just find it a bit weird. I also feel the same way about videos of club songs getting shared on social media for a few likes from fans, just strange behaviour (including my own team)
I just don’t get what the squeeze thing is meant to be.
It’s irrelevant in the context of things and no doubt if you keep winning they could do the macarana at the end, whatever works.

Pritchard introduced the 'squeeze' in 2016, that team had a very special bond. Satae wanted to bring it back, so they have. I liked the 'haka' style formation they did for it in front of the fans yesterday. You dont have to understand it, I don't get why you've adopted an Erasure song, but it doesn't bother me enough to comment on your forum about it
