Really is a huge game for BH and the players following the debacle at Cas.
If BH doesn't get his team selection or game plan right then does his usual poop use of the interchanges Leeds will run riot, especially with the likes of Newman & Handley if we have the same lack of desire and line speed defensively we had show against Cas.

100%, can't see us getting anything out of this with the expected team though.
Need to change the team up, but have little options.
No idea who to play at centre.

If we are still without Carlos, McIntosh & Wynn for Thursday which is likely the case and with Cam Scott out for 12 weeks then surely Marcus Walker has to come in to the side?
I'd also bring Mitch in to the 17 to cover the wing spot.
If BH is going to start with Houghton at 9 I just hope that he either has Lovodua starting at 13 or he brings Houghton off after 20mins for Lovodua. For me Lovodua showed more in the time he had on field yesterday than Houghton & Johnstone have put together so far this season.
Again if he is going to put Evans in to the 17 and only give him 10 mins then he needs to put another forward such as Bowden on the bench, instead of having both Lovodua & Johnstone on the bench.

| Didn’t Wynne come back on? Green card is 2 mins. apparently to stop faking injury?

Just read that he’s ruled out through injury.

Absolutely brilliant travelling support and had a good chat with a few of your fans before and after the game. I quite enjoyed the match to be fair (obviously with getting the win) Good luck for the rest of the season.'"
Thanks CasAttack.
It was a great sight to see Wheldon Road full with both sets of fans. You deserved your win.
I always love coming to Cas, but please get rid of your drum. Cas fans are better than that! It’s worse than Leeds and Warrington and almost as as annoying as that Cow Bell at Huddersfield.
Good luck for the season and hopefully we’ll see a few of you at Hull later in the season, but without your drum!!

Thanks for the kind words. I'm not a fan of the drum myself. We did used to have one years ago but whoever had it stopped bringing it but its made a return the last few years. Thankfully I don't stand so close to it but much prefer vocal support over a drum! I'll be visiting Hull for the rematch. Always enjoy a visit to your stadium.

| Quote: Dave K. "Still got too many players who aren't performing and are taking up a big chunk of salary, Reynolds, Shaul and Houghton.
Add to this fringe players that aren't good enough and a couple of youngsters who aren't quite ready, as soon as we have a few injuries we aren't good enough.
Our forwards don't do enough work in attack, we seem to still rely on backs do the hard work, your best prop should be taking the ball up more than 8 times, compare this to other teams main props
Chris Hill 18
Luke Yates 16
Walmsley 16
Westerman 22
Mikolaj Oledzki 15
Fifita 14
Sate should be doing 15 a game minimum, but we prefer to use weak player like Shaul.
Only one forward getting into double figures is embarrassing, looking at the teams, we should have been using our forwards to battle them down the middle
Add to this, our most dynamic player not coming onto the 50 minute, your hooker gets sinbinned and you bring on JJ for Satae, just madness.
Hodgson has his tactics and subs all wrong and unless he improve, it will cost him his job.'"
I agree
I really think Hodgson is on a tightrope.Too nice and too loyal to certain players.
The fact that there will be several changes for the Leeds game will show that once again Hodgson gets the team selection wrong again and especially the bench
When you know your new front row will only play 15 minutes you replace him on the bench with another front row Like Bowden not Johnstone.
When you play two small players like Shaul and Wynne together you rule out and high kick to the corner as they cant compete with taller stronger defenders,so why didnt he play Mitch who is tall and strong and didnt put a foot wrong against Saints especially in defence.
He seems stubborn in not moving Connor into the halves whilst Gale is missing but its points we need and not proof that Connor is the clubs best full back we all know that but if he continues with McNamara we wont get any.
I dont know who will play right centre but i expect to see all those changes i mentioned against Leeds

Mitch needs to be in that wing spot in stead of Shaul on Thursday for me. Handley will have a field day against Shaul.

| I expect us to lose to Leeds on Thursday because our coach isn't good enough to come up with a line up and tactical plan to beat them.

| I was expecting a scapegoat but didn’t think it would be the coach, this early. Unfortunately the changes people are asking for aren’t feasible at the moment and he’s going with what he’s got. Tarquin’s barometer may make a comeback. Someone mentioned 3 from 17, I think 2 from 4 is better. Yes the team underperformed yesterday, Connor seemed rattled after the early mistake. Keep things in perspective, FC played crap but could have pinched it.
