I can't find anything more, now, that would have been around the start of August, assuming he flew back to Aus and was found guilty, then would he not have been remanded pending sentencing (I can't see him being allowed to fly to the UK whilst awaiting sentencing?)
so either the case is on going (and therefore should not be discussed on here) or the charges were dropped, or he was found innocent.

I am only mentioning what I was told, like I said I do not know the in's and out's, I am only responding to the rumour posted that we are in for him.

Couldn't agree more. Apparently it's fine to slag the club off on the basis of two totally unconfirmed rumours on an unofficial message board. Guess it depends on your mindset as a supporter as to how easy you find it to slag the club off that you "support". |

Its an interesting point - do suspended sentences count??? - but not relevant as he's already a player here and doesn't go through the same visa process to move clubs |
