Very gracious mrs b and all the other hull fans,typical performance from us,get into a winning lead then let the opposition back into it,and fall over the line in the end.Our fans were awesome today,like a home game for us and a huge help to the players.As you said 2005,you played and beat every decent team in it and without doubt you earnt it,so hopefully we may be the same,though I feel leeds are the best team this season,but all on the day.

Leeds will obviously be favourites, but our winning team included the likes of Tom Saxton, so no reason why you shouldn't win it; all the pressure is on them. The main thing is to savour the occasion. Win or lose they don't come round too often so soak it up.

Your right we have waited such a long time for a final I will enjoy the full day win or lose,and hopefully we get the result you did in 2005.

Well done to Rovers. 2005 was an amazing day for us and I wouldn't begrudge my friends and family from over that side a bit of that.

Edit. And not forgetting that it's a chance for Chris Chester to do as coach what he did with us as a player.

I not going to lie I was hoping they would get beat, but fair play to them they deserved to win. I have a couple if mates who are real rovers fans and they deserve their day out.

In 2005, after Bai scored this Leeds fan reached over and ruffled my brother's hair, laughed and said "Better luck next time." Broughy kicked the winner a few minutes later.

If Rovers win and I get to see some Leeds fans crying again then I'll be happy with that.
