Would have said Turgut was ahead of BTW tbh and should have had a hat trick. Has great feet runs great lines and can tackle all day long.

They have added more houses since that plan, it went from about 89 to 150 something. Also the bottom footpath on the left hand side is now an access road. The car park (off the top of my head) is for about 20 odd cars, not nearly enough if all 4 pitches are in use for example a tournament. I know Sport England got involved at one point because of the covenant.

That was their number 12, didn't like being sat down at all!

As far as using Chamberlain Road for the 19's goes, i'm only going on something I thought i'd heard. I was sure i'd heard AP say that they would still do the educational stuff at Bishop Burton, but games etc. would be at CR.

I could have got the wrong end of the stick, although going past it, it certainly seems big enough.

Looks can be deceiving

By the time the houses are up, the road is built and the car park to accomodate the pitches there won't be enough left for a full pitch, a stand, toilets and all the stuff that goes with it. Dove House have a fair chunk of it you can't see from Chamberlain Road around the back.

If there's not going to be enough room for a full pitch, who are the 3 or 4 mini pitches for? Midgets?
