For me, there has never been a more exciting time to be supporting FC. I've never known the feeling amongst the fans so optimistic.

With matchday/season pass prices set to be lowered, and perhaps one or two signings to come, 2012 is set for a major improvement and I can't wait.

Those words would resonate much more with supporters if they knew he was running a 'not-for-profit' operation for the club, or even the code, he loved!

He is no benevolent messiah - he will make sure he gets plenty out of his venture!

Probably the best statement I have seen coming out of our club from a chairman in over 50 years, well I have never seen better, quite amazing really and few will be able to take it in , in one reading I had to go back, pinch myself, and read it again!!!! I some respects it woud appear that someone has maybe done something against the club (Yesterday) that has riled Mr P and now as far as the last Board is concerned the gloves are off!

Take a look back at my posts over the past 3 years, I've mentioned this word so many times.

The old board were so ready to settle for mediocrity, as were some fans. Lets hope we never hit such a low point again!

it is very heartening to hear isn`t it Wilf, it also seems from his statement that he is going to get his cheque book out again to add some more quality to our team, very exiting times ahead.

At last someone who understands where and what this club should be. Thank you Adam.

He can make as much profit as he likes as long as he keeps the club financially stable and gets us competing and winning again.

If we win things he makes a profit = everyone happy.

If he does things right he could make some good money out of Hull.

Wilf is right i have being supporting Hull since 79/80 and i cannot ever remember the club coming out with statements remotely like this, keep having to pinch myself, great times ahead,

And we could all have some greta times what of course the fans have to do now is back what he is trying to do!!!

So you'd rather have Hudge running a club into the depths of the Humber than a man with a vision who will make us a top club as well as a profit for himself?
