I know alot of my red and white aquaintances (can't call them friends LOL) always say it was Webster that laid the foundations at Rovers to get them into SL which they achieved under Morgan. Many still feel he was the instrumental figure in getting them into SL.
That coming from fans of Rovers speaks alot about Webster TBF instead of talkiing down the impact he had at their because he joined us.
If Pearson, Gentle & McRae feel he is the one they want then at this stage who are we to argue at present?

Agar rightly has to take the blame for that. We don't know what Webster's ideas where and how much Agar listened to them.
Tbh I would prefer a clean sweep but that is not to say Webbo would not do a cracking job under Gentle. |

Where did I say that???
I agree everyone is entitled to thier opinion and I was not suggesting we should all try and change yours, it is up to you to listen to what we all think and then make your mind up for yourself, which you have done.
However I just cannot for the life of me work out how you feel you can make an honest Judgement on Websters coaching ability, and your attempts at giving reasons why you feel you can do this don't give me any confidence you do either. |

Again i've given my reasons and i'm happy with them
I like to see Gentle bring his own man in and hopefully that will happen.
We've had no definate confirmation that Webster is staying so wait and see i guess.

This.
I can see the argument that it might be throwing the baby out with the bathwater, but the symbolic importance of a clean sweep outweighs anything Webster offers as an assistant IMO. |
