I am told his analysis of teams strengths and weaknesses is solid, as is his attention to giving individual players targets of areas to improve etc. he is a a coach in the strictest sense of the word, that doesn't mean he is a disciplinarian, a motivator or a leader of men.

what i said is actually fact , they have tubbed the best recently and were another notch o their well earned bedpost tally!!
neither team were very good but cats were much better second half , their speed at the play the ball was awesome second half which placed us under pressure that resulted in panic footie..
certainly no excuses tho, i feel as gutted as anyone

It's not just about the result against Catalans (I expected to lose due to their recent form) it's more to do with his overall record and especially this season. 7 defeats from 10 is simply not good enough and just 4 wins from the last 14 is appalling, he should be long gone.
