Agreed, I didn't want Kear to be sacked or Sharp, I also said on Agars appointment that he wasn't the right man but with the decision made he needed to be given his full two and a half year contract regardless of results just for a little bit of stability at least, at the end of last season I would have said thanks but no thanks Richard, and enabled the new man to have a pre season and an input on recruitment.
The decision to extend his contract when it was was criminal, and somebody should be held accountable for that. |

Pretty much how I feel. I think the decision to offer him the extension came off the back of the rumours about him being offered the England job, which is just laughable. |
