I thought Fitz was disappointing as was Radford/Yak but I thought Manu and O'Meley had decent games especially Manu who, along with Briscoe and Berro, looked like the only ones capable of punching a whole through their line on the outside.

Whilst O'Meley and Fitz look in need of oxygen are older and are being burned out - sorry have been burned out.

Yet a lot of people seem to think we played with passion last night!!! Whether some people are looking for silver linings where there are none to be found i am not sure. But to me we looked disinterested last night, one team were fired up and the other looked like they were just going through the motions.

Totally disagree with that. We looked tired, as Hull KR did in the derby at the KC, after coming off the back of a massive effort against Leeds. You can't fault the commitment for me though, the players looked gutted at the end.

Too many people see the best in things, reality bites, we may as well have finished 11th and not had to pay any bonuses, I am sure that being in the playoffs means players get a bonus, which stinks, especially when the club cannot raise £1000 for the most important medal in our history.

Yes, I am annoyed about the result, but I am even more annoyed that we didn't even look interested, from the first whilstle to the last.

wasnt fitzy best game but he tried hard and certainly wasnt dissapointing the amount of work he got through in that game was unreal. again wasnt ogre best game but he still played really well and thought these 2 tried to lead the side forward but it never quite worked out.

Agree with all of that, except I thought for the first 7 minutes or so we were well up for it!

erm im pretty sure my eyes were open m8, ogre and fitz got through tonnes of work and really tried to get us going forward but unfourtantly our pack was outmuscled last night and simply bullied

I don't know what people expect from our "Hull born lads".

Let's be honest, Houghton aside, none of them are any more than average at best. Therefore, we shouldn't really be surprised when Yeaman, Horne, Washbrook etc.. produce average performances, derby or no derby !!

Have you seen Hargreaves play this season? or are you just throwing a name forward? You're wrong though, Lauaki did play well well, he broke that line through good play but you cloud your judgement in anyway you want. Top say he isn't able to lace Hargreaves' boots is laughable.
