What assistant coaching jobs has he had??? He was a player at Widnes and helped out a bit with Cullen but has hardly set them alight in the championship.

Since the merger our board have taken the cheap option with our head coach. Every appointment has saved them money on the previous (I know I can't prove this but I think we all know it's true) Now that we have the cheapest Firtst Team coach in the whole of christendom (again I'm assuming) the board are now saving money by employing the cheapest assistant coach.

I don't know how much webster gets paid but I'm guessing from the fact he has been coaching on a voluntary basis for the past few weeks that it isn't a large amount.

We now have a coaching staff that includes

a youth team coach who is on a YTS

An assistant coach who is on Job Seekers

And a first Team Coach on the minimum wage

On the brightside I think it is now impossible to go for a cheaper option

I can imagine the thinking a few weeks ago....

Agar is not cutting it, but the fans will expect Dennis to get it, hmmm, lets get rid of Dennis, bring someone cheaper than Agar in, keep Long as a pseudo assistant for another year, laughing all the way to the bank........

He had a great run at Rovers as player coach. In fact many Rovers fans were against the appointment of Morgan.

Experience would be a disadvantage. The more experience thay have the less chance they'll be able to cope with Agars incompetance.

I forgot about that so yes he does have some experience. However it is still a cheap option.
