This time last year I emailed you stating that the coach we had was not World class and that we would never win anything with him in charge of the team and that our season was over. I'm doing the same today and will be doing the same next year and the year after that.
World class stadium, World class players, World class fans and one of the best marketing boards in the business, just one thing missing....................................... answers on a postcard please!
How on Earth you can possibly imagine that a left back from Dewsbury is a going to suddenly turn into a World class coach is beyond me and 12,000 others. This club has the potential to pull in 16,000 supporters but with the 35% winning formula of this coach I'm afraid you will be staring at 9,000 in the future (costing us hundreds of thousands of pounds).
You played the "injured" card all of last season James, we had a full team out on Saturday a team that lacked motivation and ideas. I've watched this game for to long not to be able to spot what the problem is, a blind man with half a brain can spot what the problem is. We deserve better.
I'll email you again next year at this time, only 3 years to go.'"

People have to face facts, Agar has a new contract so he is going nowhere, even if he decided to do the right thing and walk away he'd still want paying off, our board are not going to cost themselves that amount of money and the extra it would take to get someone else in.
Agar will rip the heart out of the fans with his poor tactics and substitutions, we have injuries so his built-in excuse has triggered already, we'll start fighting amongst ourselves (verbally) as the season peters off to a damp squib, as IanP has said, it's the 80's all over again.

i lost faith in agar and the coaching staff when they blamed the hull fans for the poor performances last year, saying the booing was the problem, yet this year no booing and the same tactics used by agar = the same poor performances, he needs to go.

There are few, very few, great coaches that were good players. Hanley & Gregory for example. |

To be fair to Rule I have emailed him three times now about Agar and he has responded to the first two, the third was only sent a week ago.
Sadly each time he says the board is fully behind Richard Agar so I don't see anything changing. Its so frustrating because the club can be so much better with the right man at the helm. While I anticipate us finishing higher than the last couple of years we will still massively underachieve.

Well, we don't know if (or not) in the extended contract, that there could be certain targets to be achieved.
As a business that could be facing loosing money, it might be the cheaper option to get rid of Agar, then to loose quite a few fans. |

I tell you now it wont be pretty reading James. If you really care about the Old faithfull you would go out there and get a top class coach and dont insult us with the [size=150cheap and cheerful option of your best mate Agar[/size.

He told us that players would be picked on form but Moa not picked against leeds even though he was yet again the best player on the pitch the week before. Turner has linked up well with horne in the halves before, but he goes with Washbrook and Horne what has never worked. These are mistakes a rookie coach would make at amateur level not at super league. Look at Nathan Brown and Maguire in there short stints at Huddersfield and Wigan. And maguire with someone elses team, we are out at the first hurdle of the challenge cup AGAIN what cost the club money as well. When I got home and watched it on tv again I couldnt believe what I saw. At half time on the tv it went into the Hull dressing room to see Agar with his hands in his pockets looking lost and the players just moping around what an embarrasment. Then there was also the booing from Hull fans when Richard agar came on the screen. For the loyal fans to start doing that should tell you we have had enough. And I for one and my family will not be renewing our passes next season while this man is in charge.
It upsets me like many Hull fans to have to send stuff like this as we want to be able to cheer our team on knowing when they get beat its because the other team was better on the day. Not bcause the coach hasnt got a clue.
Final point James is if you believe in Richard so much would you resign if he doesnt win anything in his two years?
