To be fair Tony, I'm sure that Briscoe has a better tryscoring record. If this thread was comparing ANY Rovers player to a Hull player, 90% of the posters would say the Hull player is better. There is very little reason behind Hull or Rovers fans views when it comes to these matters! |

well we've got tansey so i'm happy with that.
if we still had a player like briscoe it would force agar into playing a ball playing 13 instead of a prop.

Just because he signed for rovers wont stop me saying he was a good solid fullback but think tansey has more flair about him and looked a class act in the few games he played

agreed, believe he will kick on and cause a lot of teams a lot of issues and does look potentially international class, similar mould to the current Kangaroos full back ...
however Briscoe will still be viewed in our house as one bigone that got away but should not have, best full back in SL by a mile for me !! |

out of those you mention its only my opinion that he is by far the safest in SL and thats all i want from a FB, safe hands and a fearless nature in defence all of which briscs has in abundance even if he now plays for Rovers!!
, and MOS as we know over the years is somewhat led by those at red hall and based upon Webb last season he is a much better player and played ten times more games too i believe
