| Quote Smiggs="Smiggs"Richard looked comfortable there because he has a great awareness and positional sense, something Motu doesn't have, that why he's always scrambling around letting the ball bounce. You can either make things easy or difficult for yourself he seems to do the latter. Whitings passing when joining the attacking line was also first class.'"
Spot on. The quality of his passing was top draw.

Please be more constructive/specific. You saying Moa hasn't shown promise OR that we haven't made individuals scapegoats?

| Both showed why they should be included in the 17.

| Got to agree, Whiting HAS to be in the starting 13 for us. He has a proper rugby league brain, great positioning and his passing, as already mentioned, was first class. Why he was dropped the other week is beyond me!
Sam Moa gave us something that we have lacked for most of the season with his go forward, was very impressed with him tonight.
Now all we need to do next week at Cas is start from the first whistle!!

Primarily that Moa has never been blamed for a loss, and more generally that the entire squad has been blamed for our pi$$ poor season. And the coach. And the board. And the stadium cat.
While I agree that individual players are occasionally unfairly criticised/blamed following losses, it's generally a minority sport and has not been particularly in evidence this season IMO.

| Moa showed that he can do more than 10mins, just shows that Agar hasn't used him properly all season
I felt he showed far more enthusiasm than most of the pack has done all season

| Whiting should never have been dropped for G.Horne in the first place. Moa has just proved what most of us have been saying for the last few months, he is more than capable of playing longer than 10 minutes a game.

| Quote tony 7="tony 7"I've said before Whiting would make a good fb and got laughed at by some for my opinion. '"
I disagreed with you (or someone) when they said he should be tried at fullback, so I'll have a large slice of humble pie. I've always rated Whiting very highly, however, and I can't see why anyone would say he's not good enough to be in the 17 every single week when fit. Like someone said earlier, it doesn't matter where he's playing - just make sure he's there somewhere.
Moa ran like a prop should run tonight. It was the most refreshing of refreshing changes.
