We are having a year this year, like Warrington did last year with Powell. He highlighted the issues at the club with players and culture and made moves through the year to turn things around - but their season was poor on the pitch.

However, Powell now has his side, and look at what they are producing. We know the issues around the playing squad, but a good 10 of these won't be hear next year, and we can start afresh.
