Was told not to expect many signing announcements this week,possibly only crookes and maybe holdsworth. Chase possibly this week so its known before the game on saturday and he can say his hellos and goodbyes at the game. |

Don't understand this drip feeding of signings to help with pass sales. If they are of the quality mentioned get them announced all at once and the sales will take care of themselves.

Wouldn't expect players to be announced until their current clubs seasons commitments are finished. Crookes is out of contract,salford can't make the playoffs and chase is already common knowledge we're after him.

Not just for the pass sales mate,it more to do with courtesy to other clubs who could be involved in the playoffs, so the players won't be distracted etc. As you say pass sales this year should be well over 10k

Passes go on sale tomorrow so I think they should make at least one announcement to kick start a good first week of pass sales. |

hdm would also have to give more than a page to us! (unlike city who get 8 pages for a 0-0 game) |

I agree and think that is how it should be done... 2 or 3 a week for a few weeks. It will give us things to talk about for a few days per signing. |

Ha, Ha quite right...
Seems good to space them out and give all the new signings some time in the limelight, if they all were released at the same time some players would simply be overshadowed with the Chase, Holdsworth, Watts Fingers crossed.. |
