But then the North stand has not been under development since the Derby games started. And the North stand wont start if the Euro grant does not materialise.

I thought the whole ground was meant to be under developement since before they joined Superleague to meet the 10k min capacity  |

And this grant was originally tabled a fair time back, since then the Eurozone has become increasingly unstable, they may well fell throwing 8.4M is not the best of ideas at the moment. |

For Rovers to start to build they need money and they haven't got it
I don't buy into things have changed since AP took over
Why didn't they they take the Hull v Rovers games to the KC To let
more fans see the games ..Better still they should have ground shared
when they had the chance ..That would have stop them going cap in hand to
other people

Indeed, which is why I questioned if it was an IF, are we also to believe that a fairly major commercial builder is just sat with staff, materials etc. waiting to rock up at KR as soon as the money arrives.
Personally, I doubt it will happen in the next season. |

or ANY season if truth be known ......despite the rumoured promises to the RFL he will slither his way out of it as is his way.... makes you wonder how much room there is under that rock with gwillam and co there as well eh? |
