| Great to see the kiwi's win but for me Aussies are still the one to beat.

Apart from the Kiwis keep beating them in the ones that matter!
Marshall and SKD both worthy of their International Player of the Year nominations.

| Benji truly is a freak, best player on that field by some margin IMO, was awesome. For the convicts I'd say Smith was their best player, with Thaiday also grafting really hard. Cronk also made some really clever plays, though.

Benji is a joy to watch, he is easily the most skillful play in world rugby.

Kiwi's have won the last two big finals, also thought they played against us better than the Aussies did, for me got to be the no.1 team in the world.

Well it's happened twice now I guess but the Aussies are more consistent and had a fair few players missing in this 4 nations too, I think Benji acknowledged that in his speech.

Aus were missing Thurston, Inglis and Hayne and played a big part of the game with 15 fit men, so I see your point. However, I saw on another thread a good point about how the Aussies played a quite risk averse game - one which I admired when when England were dropping it right, left and centre, in fairness. NwZ made plenty of errors, but had the extra class. The Aus pack (at more or less full strength at kick-off?) in particular looked very safe but distinctly unspectacular.

Hmm not sure, they can raise themselves for the odd big game but both teams at full strength I would take the Aussies 8/9 times out of 10.
Not knocking the Kiwi's, I tipped them to win the 4 nations.

The way the Aussies stood off him showed how much, maybe too much, respect they give to him in a sense that nobody really knows what he is going to do. Class stuff.

That's the problem with him at times for Wests, the others can't always read him.

The only games that matter are the big games, look at the play offs
Kiwi's seem to have the edge at the moment.

Ahead of even his own team! Reminds me of a certain number 7 for Hull at times
