As i have siad previous i dotn think we a lot away from being a top 4 side, having a regular halfback partnership and a top centre and another winger (or Calderwood fit) would make a huge difference.

If we could sign another prop, centre and backup half back we should be in the top four IMO.

I think someone we have to make a quota place available and sign a centre of halfback.

Not sure how this could be done, the other option is to sign another hooker and play Berrigan at centre. That is what I would look at doing.

This team would challenge for a top 4 position IMO.

I'd get rid of:

dowes
radford
calderwood (always injured)
cusack (retiring anyway)
fitz (missing too many matches for me plus frees up a quota spot)

We'll lose tickle plus have raynor's and king's salaries to spend so would expect that would leave us with between £400-500k to spend on a couple of props, one back rower, 2 wingers and a back up half back. We should be able to balance the squad better and get rid of some of the donkeys in the pack

Take out Danny Orr and use our last quota sopt on Rangi Chase and that would be a result !!!

Would be the only ones I'd be interested in, with the names in bold full-blown targets.

I think the following are worth a punt although some namely Pryce would have to be on a suitable deal with salary to be low with higher apperances bonus?
