I think it’s going to be a tough ask to beat rovers , personally I think we need to hit a spin, offload plenty and play side to side to get around the smothering defence they have . They always seem to put 4/5 ppl in a tackle so if we offload plenty and smartly we should see some space , play edge to edge and make them work hard to tackle us . I can’t wait . 

Agree. Fash took a lot of flack last season only for his discipline was it justified. He lacks pace and size neither of which he can change much, but his heart,effort and laser defence have always been there. Cartwright doesn’t play him for no reason. He should be praised nowhere after a difficult season last year

Usually I'd say that the team who wants it more will win. This time I don't think there will be a cigarette paper between us in that respect.


So it will come down to quality in which case it will be a Hull Kingston Rovers win. IMO.
