I was questioning your negativity.

I think if we have Manu and Mini back that will go a long way to improving things. The lack of impact in the 2nd row has been noticeable these past few games. Both hit well in defence too.

That said I do think we will come up short, we just struggle to break down organised defences.

like I said, will be a tough game, and I really hope I am wrong, I'm liking humble pie over the last two seasons.!

Surely to goodness we should have gone at it full tilt with ball in hand and looked for an opening. If it doesn’t come then we still have the kick
However it’s just a lazy drop off to Paea and as we have no position on the field the kick is diffused
We MUST have better 4th tackle options in the opponents half
4th is like a free play to use as best as you can when attacking before the usual kick on 5th

Looked injured to me. I would have expected him to score when he made that break but he looked like he was running in treacle

I blame a lot of tonight on our last tackle plays which are really poor. Griffin keeps digging us out of holes which I never thought I say the way he was going last season.

Got it get more strike from our second rowers in attack which I’m not sure we have in our squad at the moment.
