They manage their youngsters plenty fine it at Leeds, Saints, Wigan etc.
You just can't bring yourself to admit that Radford is a failure and isn't up to the job..why is that?'"
Nonsense - as I've said countless times Radford can leave today for all I care. What part of that sentence is proving difficult for you to comprehend ?
What I will do is give credit where it's due and criticise where necessary. You only do the latter - why is that ? Where was your praise of Radford after the Hudds and Wire performances ? Or is it only shambolic performances like the 40 mins last night that can be attributed to the coaching ? As for the youngsters thing we're miles behind in player development and talent. Despite some serious investment I'm yet to be convinced that we're getting any better at it.
Radford's biggest mistake this season so far is his squad strength at prop forward. It seems clear that Ellis will have to move inside and Thompson play in his place in the left second row. It's a shame we couldn't get Taylor for this season when we tried to because Green and Bowden are not taking their opportunities and when injuries hit we've nothing left as last night's bench clearly illustrated.

So you reckon it would be good policy to drop player based only on an unconfirmed newspaper article? An [iAustralian[/i newspaper article?'"
Well a stunning performance from him shows he should be no where near the side.
I'm sure the club apologists will still say hes better than Sa, Tala & Yeaman

| Thought he was no worse or better than most. Tackled well first half and didn't get any running chances.

Ellis and Pryce. Maybe Shaul and Lineham.
Talanoa was pretty awful last night.

Yup, thought the Binman very poor last night.
Westerman looked like he was running in quicksand as well that second half.

| Watched the match again.Westerman did a lot of tackling and looked cream crackered. The bench was poor IMO Turgat and abdull where poor feka did OK first stint and Rankin likewise. Thought Bowden in his first stint did really well but like the rest of the team just didn't turn up 2nd half. Still in shock at that 2nd half display

Don't talk rubbish. IF you bothered to read my posts instead of having a pop at me all the time for having a difference of opinion and stop to think about what I've said you'll see that I've given a balanced viewpoint on exactly how things are, no more & no less.
I've given valid reasons for what I've said both good and bad..and again I have given praise when it was due but you can't even see that can you..because you're too one eyed and ready to jump on another poster for no other reason than their opinion doesn't suit your agenda.
You can't help yourself with sly digs and pathetic one-upmanship all the time. Instead of producing a cogent argument you just go into one and start ranting about how wonderful Radford is and that anything said against him or the club makes me or anyone else the devil incarnate..you're another whom has being up his booty from the off and your post clearly outs you as a Radford lover.
You couldn't bring yourself to lay blame at his doorstep despite the shiate on view last night..fine that's how you want to play things but when other posters point out your one -sided viewpoint when the obvious has being there since when LR was announced in 2013 don't get all defensive and pretend that you now want him out.

| Was Marc Sneyd's performance in defence statistically the worst performance by a player in SL history?
13 tackles
9(!) missed
1 penalty

We undoubtedly have a problem at prop. Paea and Watts are ok (although the latter hasn't been verey good this season) but I fear Bowden and Green just aren't good enough. Feka is good in attack but not in defence and doesn't play enough minutes.
Signing Scott Taylor alone is not going to solve the problem.
FWIW I think than when Watts broke down in the warm-up Radford should have drafted in Green, despite rightly having dropped him for being poop at Salford, rather than bringing in Turgut.

"Leeds is the greatest club in Rugby League"
Alex Murphy 2011: |
|
| Quote: Mrs Barista "Naughty. Hope we get a decent referee though, Peacock arsing about in the ruck is so annoying. I'd like Ellis to sort McGuire out as well, can't stand him.'"
We didn't need Peacock arsing about in the ruck, and you didn't have anyone fast enough to catch McGuire, which should set alarm bells ringing in the west side of the "city of culture".
