Some people need to get a little perspective.
We are currently 5th in the table with a +48 points difference, even after today's shellacking. We have a game in hand over most other teams, admittedly that doesn't represent points on the board but there's still the potential for points.
We have probably seen more players from our youth set-up so far this year, playing in their preferred positions, than over the last four years. Obviously some of these are not going to make the grade in SuperLeague but hopefully others will, at least they have been given an opportunity to play in position.
Was today any worse than the 6-42 defeat to Hull KR or the 71-0 against the Bulls?

Totally agree.
We are a 'work in progress' side, we will see the 'rollercoaster syndrome',from time to time due to the previous regime's lack of investment in youth facilities
I have total faith in Pearson,Gentle and McRae, we will get there, but most of all - we MUST remain patient and keep the faith. |

I agree with every word you say cod'ead. I just wish others would as well. Some are just expecting far too much just becuase we started well they think we should be like it all the time now.
I also have faith in Pearson, Gentle and McRae and I am sure that eventually things will get sorted and we will have a good team.
The only doubt I had today was I thought McKinnon was very slow but that could of just been an off day so I am not calling him.

Just keep telling yourself you WILL eventually be able to play with the big boys, in about 15-20 years when Agar's stopped getting the blame for not filling the vending machine properly in the canteen. |
