Absolutely. Of course there are things to work on and things we need to do better, but the effort and commitment was superb, and there were lots of good individual performances.

Great win thought the full team played well. Effort in defence was outstanding.

He'll receive hardly any plaudits because of the team he plays in, but for me Ese'ese is in the top 3 props in the league. Players as big as him don't usually have the engine he is. Fantastic player.

Also thought Carlos really improved our edge defence and didn't shirk any hard carries coming off our line. Honestly wouldn't have been fussed if he didn't play for us again but today showed he might still have something to offer for the rest of the season.

i agree and with regard to Balmforth all we asked was that he was given a chance and a run in the team.
Looks like that will happen now so lets see what he can do because the difference at dummy half was plain to see today for even the doubters

I actually enjoyed that game which is the first time in awhile.
A really committed performance. Balmforth really made a difference, hope he gets a run now.
Ese'ese is outstanding. Thought Sao had his best game of the year and showed prop is his best position

The fact that, once he was on he stayed on, was a really good sign for his future at the club imo. Grix obviously saw what we saw. Not only does he have to play next week but he has to start imo.

If Balmforth could keep that level of performance up for the rest of the season, given the chance, then it would just make the signing of Bourouh pointless in my opinion. Think signing him will be the move that makes Balmforth look for a contract elsewhere. Left it too late to give him a chance.
