none of those clubs had the temerity to pretend the visa/passport situation was fine, fly the player in and then have a happy coincidence of an injury.

I think it's clear as day he wouldn't be here if Dobson wasn't injured, the club have seen the opportunity cleared it properly with the RFL and proceeded. If the RFL didn't want it to happen they would have turned it down. They've loved all the publicity though and thats why they've agreed to it

Wonder what they'd have done if there wasn't an injury to Dobson. De-registered Clinton perhaps or Galea. Must be nice to be part of a squad with that kind of mentality by the board.
