I think it was "trying to poach our staff" when they talked about Radford going there they have been after at least two of our administration staff in the last 4 months behind Adams back and before anyone gives me the 'in the know' rubbish I know because they both told me.
That, the fact that they wanted us to run the Academy at our base in Pickering Road and then for them to take half the players and the stupidity about the shop has caused the rift that now obviously exists. Question "how often do you speak to neil" answer, "not as often as I used too we are in the end in for the same players"
The Bishop Burton stuff, the fact that we sold around 280 seasons today and the £210,000 we paid in transfer fees since he came interested me!

What a guy! Enjoyed every bit of that. Particularly the bit about wanting to walk us out at Wembley! Smash em to bits was my favourite though! 89 I first went, not a long time but not a short time, and to be fair pretty much all of that time we've been a shambles in one way or another, even the moderate successes in between only glossed over various issues. Never in my time has there been such a long term short term and invested in plan of action like what we seem to have now! Good times!!!

| So much positivity to take from that.
We're in for players and have paid substantial fees for them
Season pass sales going well, could be on target for 10,000
Positive culture being created, been very clear how pivotal Ellis is, a Sinfield leadership role
Will open talks with Briscoe and offer him a big, long deal. If he wants to go we can then set recruitment targets early
Very positive about Bishop Burton
Clear targets - would like a top 4 finish
Obvious relationship breakdown with Rovers; sounds like AP's clean slate approach has been ultimately met with "open hostility", "suspicion", and them trying to poach our personnel.
Some interesting comments outside FC, praise for the Allams, City's new regime, appreciation of the interim head of the RFL.
Only slight concern was I think he said Gentle and McRae have gone on a cruise together. |

It was an enjoyable listen. No major exclusives or surprises but his enthusiasm for the club is very evident.
Hopefully his hard work will pay off.
