He could go down the wig route. Some look pretty authentic. Paul Daniels for example.

Keeping Carlos is a no for me. He's looked decent since coming back into the team but in my opinion his time with us should be up. He's been brilliant for us overall, but his body just isn't up to it now it seems. 2 good performance recently don't make up for the last couple of injury riddled years.

Funnily enough I was in Turkey last week. Home of the transplant. Loads of places doing bogof offers. He could get his teeth done while there as well.

Wonder if the wig is still doing the rounds for hire?

Don't remind me. I still have nightmares over those signings. I was in a good mood until you dredged it up.
Can we go back to talking about hair transplants instead?

| Quote: TnT "We cannot sign all world beaters in a blink of an eye. We need players who can nurture the youngsters who it has been said must be the bedrock of future success. As fans we have the perfect solutions but the club deal with reality- contracts, availability, injury, retirement, loss of form, hiring firing, creating a Wigan like culture Whoever does all those thing the best will have a successful club. There are some grumpy folk on here who forget how awful we were 2 months ago. We are now moving forward in baby steps. Be thankful…. or not'"
Sorry but all we hear is,
We cant sign World beaters, has our recruitment finished yet? or will Hardaker and Chamberlain be our first choice centres.
Which ever way you look at it the recruitment is bang average and will not take us very far up the table unless we do sign a couple of World beaters or quality players from overseas
Mediocrity breeds mediocrity and it looks likely thats where we are going

Thought I'd just remind people who are moaning about Mylers current recruitment drive.

| Scott is a decent player who is always injured so not worth bug money. He was hitting some form either last season or the year before and looked good then got an injury which kept him out for some time and has never hit those heights again imo plus he never strings a run of games together. Good luck to him,
As for carlos, the way he looked like he was running in treacle last week when he made that intercept tells you all you need to know

Any suggestions on these 'world beaters' knocking the MKM door down to be part of the Hull FC revolution?

The club are responsible for recruitment not fans
The current recruitment is hardly a revolution but money talks and if its available and thats what it takes then thats the route the club should take

Stupid is sometimes more preferable than being deluded......but hey-ho, keep on keeping on.

The new recruitment is not exactly cut and dry success though is it? It’s risky at best and has a Hull fan and witness to our terrible recruitment in recent years I certainly wouldn’t be bragging until we see how it works out. I’ve said many times on here I think we might attract a couple of better players once the investment is sorted, but until that happens then we can only go off what we know.
I don’t like to be overly negative and dig players out but for me Hardaker on a two year is as bad as any recruitment we’ve done over the years. Hopefully he proves me wrong but it’s every bit as bad as Gale for me. Rimbu I’m hopeful and going off a few YouTube clips looks to have potential but let’s not forget he’s of a very similar profile and experience to Lovadua. There has to be a reason as to why he’s gone so much under the radar, there’s obviously work to do with him. Abdull again I really hope it works out as he does have quality but a big risk in such a pivotal position, if he’s not on the field then it’s another Reynolds situation.
That’s looking at the negatives granted and there are some positives that I’m excited about, but the recruitment we’ve done in recent years has been woeful so it’s only natural to be wary. At the moment we are still shopping at the bargain basement end of the market for whatever reason, hopefully we’ve done a bit more due diligence with characters and suitability this time so these players at least turn out to be solid professionals who can turn up and perform consistently.

A few things mentioned on social media that Rimbu might not be happening.
