Really happy with the appointment of Cartwright but definitely need to be prioritising:

1. Attacking coach - Horne? Cooke? Pryce (was getting rave reviews before stepping back)

2. Strength & Conditioning Coach - Moy, Charles, Wainhouse, Jebson, Armstrong all have the potential to be some of our best academy prospects in a long whilst but do lack considerable size. The. We have Staveley & Balmforth who lack the conditioning.7 players there who realistically could be regulars in our side in 18 months. That’s excluding the rest of the squad who need a good S&C coach as well

Losing Scott is a loss as he would’ve been first choice next year but considering how much wakey are paying him and his injury record. It’s the right choice.

Scott is a decent player who is always injured so not worth bug money. He was hitting some form either last season or the year before and looked good then got an injury which kept him out for some time and has never hit those heights again imo plus he never strings a run of games together. The current recruitment is hardly a revolution but money talks and if its available and thats what it takes then thats the route the club should take
