Surely it's about time this club started meeting the fans expectations. Why should we have to lower ours?

| Possibly the most one-sided officiating I've ever seen. Forward passes that weren't. Offsides that weren't. Passes off the floor that weren't. Pushing after being taken out worse than the original offence. Knock ons that were backwards. And then the inconsistency of giving penalties. From the moment the ref bottled binning Ablett (think it was him) for a professional foul (holding back one of our players on the break), I knew it was gonna be a joke.
All I can say is defensively, to only concede 3 tries against a Leeds team with all that possession near our line and most of it from dubious refereeing decisions was remarkable. In attack, we were gash, but we had to chase the game from stupid positions in wet conditions so it was always going to be a tall order.
That game has just put me right off going to any more Leeds away games. He was even wearing the same colour.

There where plenty of articles in HDM telling fans we are aiming for top 4 this season, of course this will raise fans expectations

I think Ellis will see the bigger picture tbh

This would be the first choice halfbacks who include someone who is pretty much universally agreed not to be good enough for a top side, would it?

What do you expect the club to say at the start of the season? "We are aiming for 8th"?

You really do have some fundamental comprehension difficulties, don't you?

Unbelievable. I have said this to the wife earlier. I have supported Hull Fc and Rugby League for over 35 years, through thick and thin and never have I felt so detached from the game as whole.
