If a change is made, then a clean break with the old coaching regime needs to be made.
Thought we would have learned that from Sharp/Agar.

Been down that road before with Len Casey.
Didnt work then, wont work now.
We need a proven experienced Head Coach, as McRae stated "When you're trying to resurrect & restructure a club, it needs a proven experienced Head Coach"
