We should have too much for Salford and Leigh.

Wigan have Warrington followed by Saints coming up. Pies not a happy camp it seems at the mo.

We’ll hopefully be up to fourth in a couple of weeks and on a run of five wins on the spin.

Much improved in the second half, we looked more composed.

A pleasing win given, what, nine of our first choice XIII were missing. Vulikijapani looks really handy. Confident and pacy. I'm sure he'll do a Ratu soon and go the full length for a try,

We just needed to be a bit more patient in the 1st half. It seemed a bit panic station's everytime we got down there end.

Much better in the second half.

Agree about Mitch, seems a bigger build than Ratu, but looked confident

As expected really with the amount of players drafted in to the 17. The first half looked liked we’d not played together and understandable plus we were really lacking size and Huddersfield used that advantage. 2nd half I thought we regrouped well and stuck at it and tired Huddersfield’s middles with English missing. Thought Reynolds certainly made a difference particularly with little go forward when Sao was off. He was also great with the younger players giving them advice at every opportunity. Sneyd did ok too considering the lack of any real platform being laid by the forwards and the slow ptb when we did due to Huddersfield laying on and Moore allowing it.
All in all it was a determined and spirited team effort and all that we could have asked for.

Hope we didn’t pick up any injuries as Ma’u seem to struggle for most of 2nd half and Reynolds seem to pull up very near the end.

Hope McIntosh is ok and not a serious injury.

As for Jones well I think we can safely say we dodged a bullet there with Huddersfield taking him, he is awful and I don’t think he got onside once. Maybe he was struggling with the length of the journey to Hull on the team bus, who knows.

Great effort by the both sides considering and pleased we dug deep and got the 2pts. Before BH came in we’d certainly not have recovered from 10-0 down we’d have folded and chucked the towel but certainly not now.

Credited to all involved tonight.

Excellent 2nd half effort and a much needed win given all the negativity around this weekends games and the worrying financial news. Hopefully we can get a few bodies back and get a run on.

Only just caught the end of the England game. How serious is Connor's injury?

just run it back on Sky looked pretty innoquous knock he played on for about 5 minutes and then went off had ice on the knee he stayed on the bench though.

I was in the north stand, and the first half all you could hear was Jones whooping and shouting, Huddersfield looked too big and strong, and I honestly didn’t think we could win with no punch up front, and the struggle for territory was obvious,

Take a bow Jack Logan taking that ball out the sky to score, Ligi & Fash non stop excellent, Mitch couldn’t be described as pacey, he’s not the speed of Ratu, but he was solid and certainly rattled Darnell with a great bell ringer.

Once more this victory was well earned, and can be contributed to BH, teams of recent years would never have come back and won especially with so much disruption.

A really pleasing result, some spirit in our club again, and the 5000 were treated to a tough if not classy win.

Game of 2 half's, stopped the errors and looked far more comfortable.

Vulikajapani will be a solid squad option
Mau and Sao big stints
Thought Fonua played well too

Wynne and Johnstone eptimised our performance shaky first half's but n half step up second half.

Reynolds was infectious, loved how he went over and motivated Wynne

Unreal the amount of players not available, hopefully clear up and we can continue pushing up the table

Well done squad players

Doesn't sound promising about Jake Connor.

Doc though he'd broke his jaw. Will be assessed tomorrow.

Sheen's apologises for sending him back in 'bits and pieces'

Hopefully it's nothing, we're due some luck.....

Very pleased with the two points especially after the first half were everything we did went wrong. Patience was very much the key in the second half and it paid off. Really pleased for all the young lads who came in and held there own. Big raps for Gaz Ellis who was up and down the sideline with none stop encouragement and support.
