It's pointless having a youth system at all if the right coaching isn't there once they make it through.

Iam guessing lineham and crooks we're in the gentle camp then and radders seems to not want anything and anybody that had a good word for gentle. Already we have seen the treatment McDonnell Miller Arundel pitts have been given even green who featured a lot under gentle yet has only played twice for us. Could easily add whiting to the list remember gentle saying he is one of the first names on the team sheet yet radders has used him less and less.I was one who got more and more disillusioned with gentle towards the back end of the season but I'd take gentle average performances to the crap we are watching now
