Plus, small change or not, he's publicly stated his reluctance to spend any more on his pet project so throwing the thick end of £1m per year at Rovers would seem odd behaviour to say the least. |

The only cash bid we know about with any certainty is the one for Cockayne. He's 30 now, and even his biggest fans would, I assume, accept that while he is a versatile and determined player, he's competent rather than spectacular. And Wakefield kb'd it, so I'm assuming it wasn't a megabucks deal.
I'd be delighted if we did get Amor, but I'm not holding my breath. |
