JJB's attitude and commitment makes him class. To say he's one of the best second rowers in SL is fair enough. All except the most blinkered zealots can see that Ablett and Delaney are not in the top 5. |

I saw a close friend who this morning was told he had a lung tumour , this evening literally jumping up and down in exitement at this signing THATS WHAT FC MEAN TO US!!!

A number of positives for me
1) A finger in the eye for leeds and the hetheringtons
2) Ellis obviously knows gentle well and wants to play for him. Massive endorsement of his coaching abilities
3) We have obviously sold ellis on what the clubs' plan are and he's bought into it (I don't believe he would have signed unless he genuinely thought we'd be competing for trophies whilst he is here)
4) Huge statement of intent from pearson. He promised us the best and has delivered
5) Will be a catalyst for other good quality signings and will make attracting youngsters to teh club that bit easier
Massive thumbs up all round'"
