Bit late now, but yesterday a lot of phones were down as well, couldn't contact anyone in Witham area yesterday afternoon. Seemed to be sorted by 3.30pm.

Official pages rarely have bad feedback (they delete it) best place to check is the unofficial karoo forums karooforums.net/ although it does get good feedback on there as well. |

Was having the same problem with it dropping me out, as I work from home alot it was no good this happeneing, ring 602555 and tell them, they increased the noise level(db's) which should steady the broadband signal and make it more stable. So far it has been ok. |

Hope this actually comes off.
You can actually get Virgin in Hull only telephone and internet services but the internet is actually available unlimited only a 20mb connection though |

What they actually did was turn your line speed down. That increases the SNR and makes the connection more stable.
Anything 6dB and above should be stable, sometimes a bit lower is also ok. |
