Signed sealed and delivered.

Actually i asked the security guard where do i go for a Turd, so he gave me a map and sent me round the town centre to look for all the Larkins icon_lol.gif

"However, the favoured option of the council's cabinet now envisages a long-term mixed development including facilities for both the club and the trust as well as a new 1,100-place Academy school"

no wonder the council need a survey! as if they can fit an RL training ground, health centre and 1,100 student school on the site! unless the players are to train on the 'playground' whilst the kids have their break and the old folk sit and wait for the doctor? Madness.

even bigger joke is the millions wasted on Endeavor. Clearly no thought about the long-term requirements or demand for school places went into building that school.

Given the "austerity measures" required I can see the NHS money disappearing from the table, and that leaves us back at square one, what we should be doing is engaging Hull City and see if we can enter into a joint venture with them, yes it would mean more complex logistical planning, but it's far from impossible to achieve.

In fact, a link up with City could make the whole scheme less expensive for bothe parties.

whilst it's sad the ground will be flattened, it will finally put an end to the rumours that we are going back to play there.

I've heard the rumour already and would have thought you'd be in favour of it, it'll stop your 600 fans getting wet once a year icon_lol.gif

To be honest many folk believe its time to put the Boulevard behind us completely and move on , its steeped in issues forus to use it any more so I am sure we will move on and develop somewhere else unless things change..

Tonights HDM certainly puts the council in a bad light, they seem to have had no set plans for the site and have flitted from one plan to the next. The school is pure pie in the sky as are most of the ramblings from Minns's mob of Tories, they are slowly strangling the life out of the city.

I think the Boulevard would be best bulldozed, better that then a long drawn out descent into ruin.

Wonder if this has anything to do with the closer relationship minns has with our friends in the east. Seems they're on the verge of announcing some investment in caravan park and are even holding council meetings there. Would be strange if they decided to invest in caravan park whilst pulling out of a deal which would have seen significant private and public investment in the Boulevard with no coast to teh local authority
