He played in the Hudds game at the start of July but missed all of the nines.

He's been full time less than 6 months, I'd say he's not going to be ready til at least next season.

He seems cautiously optimistic to me. Looks like Pearson is confident but is stopping short of saying we will get him just in case.

Re: Foster you dont think he could be "on approval" for a deal from next year do you?

He has been linked with us a few times from next year, most think all he brings is a great ability as a goal kicker, but to be fair he was finishing off plenty of tries last year before his confidence got a bit of a knock.

If Tickle does finally come to us, then he would be a ready made replacement as a kicker (might even have a better kick %, but then Tickles is pretty good).

Then again it might just be "what it says on the tin" a loan for the rest of the season!

If your expecting Tickle to come to you next year then you had better hope there is nothing in the Brough to Hull stuff especially now Pearson has indicated we could be in for a 7 as well. Huddersfield have long admired Danny T and I am pretty certain if we ever did move for Brough then the deal would include Tickle going the other way!

Looks that way, Maybe AP & PG think, they can get a better player, on a less salary ,and not on quota.

Foster would be a strange and pointless signing, pretty average player with who is terrible in defence, no strenght and is slow for a winger. He can kick and that is it.

If we had no one else then I would understand but we have Lineham, Briscoe and Russell who could play on the wing.

Russell has gone back to wigan with an arm injury.lineham has only just come back from injury.
