| Quote Gill J="Gill J"Unfortunately this was not an isolated incident and there will be people including myself sadly who will be seriously thinking of not returning to the KC next year.
It just breaks my heart to hear that this gentleman has been put through this, these fans need dealing with and not ignoring and I for one will not ignore it. Please let him know that these people are an ignorant mindless minority and its just a shame that they put a smear on the name of Hull FC and the fans who support the Club. The only problem is the Club will need help from the fans to name and shame every one of them, no excuses anymore.
The hostility in the KC on Friday was the worst I have known it and I have attended a Derby there, after hearing this I know what I have to do and I think as fans you need to think about it too.'"
Gill I am so sorry for this experience and can only say that I know you have been coming to the KC for a long while now and you know this is not the norm. Please don't be put off coming again in the future, we are better than these morons and I work tirelessly to make the disabled experience at the KC a good one, and that goes for every single member of the disabled group too who come to all meetings and get involved. Have you emailed John Ranby? As chairman of the group he could maybe put together a letter to the Stadium Manager?
If the op would like to pm me I can try in my capacity as Hull FC's RLDSA representative take the matter further for him if he wishes.
Steph

| Quote Sexual Deviant="Sexual Deviant"When you read other team's boards, it always seems to warrant a mention, that little corner of the stadium.
If your club are happy to let them carry on, seeing as it's money in the coffers, then there doesn't seem to be an end in sight to their antics.
Are they season ticket holders? Do they pay on the gate?
The fans with some decency and common sense should stand against this menace, then perhaps the negative vibes from other clubs' supporters might stop.'"
That section is unreserved seating.

| Why do the SMC continue to place the away supporters so close to chav corner? Why not seat them from the west stand corner inwards.
I know these idiots will continue to be s but surley seating the away fans so close to chav corner will just encourage them even more.

| It used to be a lot worse that what it is now, however the small minority that do gather in chav corner are just plain idiots, simple. I can understand how old people, disabled etc, could be intimidated by them, but grown men and women? Come on, they are just a bunch of teenage chav wannabies who have had 1 too many diet cokes, just laugh at them, or even better, ignore them.

| After hearing the stories of this kind of behaviour since moving to the KC stadium i think their time is up. Can this be raised with the stadium management and the club with a view of stewarding the area more sternly with a no tolerance approach, followed by life bans for poor behaviour. Its these numpties we can do without as a club and i for one would rather pay an extra £10 on my season pass if it means we lose 20 of these idiots. (if FC are bothered about losing their income)

| Thanks Steph for your comment,
Reading that OP upset me simply because I know how hard the staff at FC work to give people a good and safe experience at the ground, the problem is it is not just one or two people that give FC a bad name, its a group, a section of the crowd and the Club will need the support of the fans to deal with this
I can only now give a little information as to our problems that Friday night as the man concerned has been in Court and is now at Her Majesties pleasure for the next 3 months for attacking us with cans of butane gas cans and threatened us with lighting them. We hope the repair bill of about £800 to our car might be met by Criminal Compensation Scheme otherwise we will have to foot the bill to have it put right. The fear, pain and the trauma felt by me and my husband, Mum and friend will take longer to heal. I'm just pleased now that my husband managed to apprehend the culprit until the Police arrived. As you say I have been to the KC many times but never have I felt like this and I just feel so very sorry for the many FC fans who do not deserve to be associated with these idiots. I also feel very sorry for Hull FC as a Club to have to deal with these people.

| Appalled, but not suprised. Its a disgrace
That corner is full of junior passholders of an unknown age and no adults to speak of. FC have known about it for long enough I was at a meeting with FC Voices when it was raised, to date not enough has been done to tackle the problem.
Easiest thing is to make that area reserved and be done with it at least that way you can identify the idiots. They need moving back into the main body of the fans where they can not concregate together in large numbers.
Until someone decides to tackle the problem then it will continue and get worse.
So don't hold your breath I for one am sick and fed up of apologising to fans from other clubs becuase the mindless idiots in the corner.

another simple thing that would help the situation is to move the away fans to nearer the west stand.
it seems stupid to have a few hundred to a thousand fans sat right near chav corner, with 3 thousand seats free at the other end of the stand.
that doesn't stop the root of the problem, but it would lessen it IMO

I've spoken to who I need to Steph, I've just never felt as sorry for anyone as I feel for him and I know you will know who I mean.

Agree it could do. Its another option to be appraised by the club/stadium.
I'd like to see it tackled at source though and the numpties been stewarded by the biggest toughest stewards we've got with lengthly bans put in place.
