English players just don't cut the mustard, his equivalent players in our squad are Dowes and Radford and he is by far the best of the 3.

He maybe tall enough but he lacks in weight, playing prop at that height i would expect him to weigh 17 stone +

think he is a good solid player... the thing people go on about in the media is the amount of grand finals he's played in.....the thing is he was in the same pack as morley etc...big ruff bast**ds.....he is a workshorse forward and we have too many of them for a start....we need a horrible forward in the mould of morley etc....i still like o'meley at the roosters, he is quality

He's not ordinary. He's one of the better 'workhorse' style props around.

However, if he's going to be here with Dowes and Radford then it's too many players of a similar style. One of Dowes or Radford needs to go now. Preferably both.

I give you Radford but I would have Dowes over him every day, both do a simalar job but Dowes is Young and English ( I would guess on less money also)

On a none judgemental point, did anyone expect him to leave just as we sign his best mate from down under?

Absolute cack as usual TKOAH.

Dowes breaks about 3 tackles a year and still fails to get a quick ptb most of the time.

Dowes may be young, English, and cheap but unfortunately he's no longer anywhere near good enough. Cusack is miles better.

Still an odd use of a quota spot though. We now have two quota players next season on 1 year contracts.
