didnt see kath or james myself and i mingled plus u didnt mention craig hall he was having a flutter i noticed. richards brother graeme wasnt there but he was having his thumb operation.

and richard whiting he is a lovely guy and mingled with alot of fans and his pink shirt was superb!

I was there. Did not see many of the players. There was a big turn out. Good day was had by most I would think.

We went and had a good time - some of us came away with more cash than we took (well one of us if I'm being honest), but the rest came away with empty pockets, but an enjoyable afternoon out.

Richard Horne was interviewed in the parade ring after one of the races named in his honour and gave a special thankyou to Justin Morgan and the Rovers players for turning up.

The bottom line is, he deserved much better support from the club he has served so well!

As long as the club where represented then that is fine with me, Horne has several events lined up and I am sure everyone will end up going to at least one of them.
