there's a lot of BS spoken about cold 'therapies' or cryosauna as it's sometimes referred to, mainly by people trying to sell the product, I don't see any evidence of reducing the recovery periods over other methods such as ice baths and massage.
the icing can only really help with reducing bruising but then this can be achieved just as effectively elsewhere and at a massively reduced cost not to mention not having to travel a long distance to somewhere that has the equipment.

Personally I think it's a brilliant marketing gimmick from a selling POV, much in the same way as helmets and hi-vis clothing for cycling.
