The 2 teams have never met at a semi final of the CC though.

We've lost once in the cup since May 2008.

It was a Warrington paper that brought it up

I was there in 83 for the quater final at Wilderspool.
It was the biggest crowd I'd seen at wilderspool. The railway end was chock full of Black and Whites I hadnt seen the Railway end that full or fans so decked out in their club colours

We then went on to be completely and utterly Robbed by Yorkshire ref Billy Thompson I think Phil ford alone had three tries dissallowed....

We owe you one for that - well Billy Thompson really but you cant smack and old man plum in the face and call him a cheating bas.... can you?

So was I. I thought Billy Thompson played a blinder.

Seem to remember Mr Thompson sending TWO Hull players off in that game so not quite as in sided as you remember...the thing I remember most however as a 14 yr old lad were your fans, that day they were shocking especially afterwards outside the ground..thuggish didn't quite come close to describing a fair portion of the Warrington animals...
