| So far I would say its Leeds all the way. Unexpected slip at Cas aside from what I have seen of them this year they are cock on.
They play a style of rugby based on getting the basics correct. Their last two games (Cats and Wire) show how they grind teams down. bulls match they should not have had a look in yet despite Bulls winning the territory they came away with a point.
Add in their champion attitude and never say die approach and I can honestly say I think they may well win the lot.
They don't whinge and moan. Yes they have a potential fixture backlog but if any team can Leeds can.

| Not expecting a top 4 finish at the moment however, if we can get a full(ish) team together for the 2nd half of the season who knows.
We are currently only 2 wins from 3rd

Noticed that myself. The table looks tight at the moment so I'm feeling confident we'll make the eight right now.

| Holdsworth was in the sports bar before the game. He gave no date when he would be due back. I think he said he was still getting headaches and vomiting when he increased his training.

Ellis had no boot on when walking round the pitch yesterday, but was still limping.

I think someone said on one of the other topics that he's due to go for another scan soon to see how it's healing. Hopefully there'll be some news after that.

| confident of top 6 if we get the players back on the pitch dont think we are missing yeamo but it would be nice to have a fully fit squad. just look at how good Crookes is getting building up a nice partnership with briscoe but its obvious if we had Ellis and holdsworth out there with there leadership we would be much stronger and more level headed in the tight games

Crooks has been going well alongside Briscoe and I think Arundel improves with each game. Yeamo will find it tough getting his shirt back IMO. That said, I'd pick an in form Yeamo any time.

Its probably the best thing for Yeamo that he has finally got competition for his place . an on form Yeaman walks straight back in for me too

| We haven't seen an 'in form' yeaman for quite some time though that's the problem. Personally I think crooks deserves to keep his place, and I think he is actually the better option on the left. It's arundel who should be looking over his shoulder, IMO yeaman should be on the right, he's not the attacking threat he once was but defensively there aren't many better centres in super league and our right edge has been defensively weak for years. Makes perfect sense to me, I just think crooks n briscoe are really starting to gel and look like a very dangerous partnership, not to mention crooks is our top try scorer, I'd be disappointed if yeaman came straight back in on the left, although he probably will.

Spot on except I believe Yeamon to be superior to Arundel. That said, Arundel is looking more positive over the last few weeks. More game time would only improve him yet further, so your argument is pretty valid.
